TURNING YOUR PASSION INTO PROFIT!

TURNING YOUR PASSION INTO PROFIT!

Your Hobby CAN Be Your Inspiration!

Saco, ME, February 8, 2011 - -“What do you want to do with your life?”

When most people are asked that question, they consider the traditional path they were always taught:  Go to school, get a degree, learn a trade, etc.

However, with the unemployment rate predicted to continue at 9% for the remainder of 2011, a growing number of people are considering the possibility of an alternative path:  taking their hobbies and passions, and crafting a business around them.

For some, it's a matter of exerting more control over their own security and destiny.  For others, it's a necessity, as the job market simply has no room for them.  Many of the traditional jobs available just a few years ago no longer exist, and people have to think outside the box when trying to figure out their career path.

Turning your hobby into a business is part of that ‘outside of the box’ thinking, and several people have been able to build successful businesses by turning their passion into profits!

One such person is Saco entrepreneur, Tara Travis.  She is the owner of a successful, home-based, paper crafts business.  At one time, the hobby was her passion.  However, as opportunities presented themselves, Tara realized the value of enthusiasm, and turned what she loved doing into a successful venture.

As someone with excitement for what she does, Tara is eager to share what she has learned as a home-based business owner.  Area residents who are interested in learning how to turn their passion into profits should contact Tara at tara@stampwithtara.com.

Tara is also available for media interviews to discuss the growing passion into profits trend.  To schedule an interview, please use the contact information provided.
