"Duffy’s Helps Save the Holidays"

Duffy's Tavern & Grill is proud to partner with the Holiday Food Baskets program to help those in need during the holiday season in the Kennebunks.

Each year, the Kennebunk Clergy Association, in conjunction with the Town of Kennebunk, organize Holiday Food Baskets. These food baskets are filled with donated goods, including all the fixings for a family holiday meal. Volunteers from around the Kennebunks team up to compile and deliver the holiday baskets around the Kennebunk area.

This year, Duffy's Tavern & Grill is involving its guests in an attempt to raise money for the holiday basket program. Guests can donate to the food basket program directly through Duffy's. Each time a donation is made, guests will get to put their name on a turkey, which will be posted around Duffy's; the suggested donation is one dollar. "We see nearly 2,000 guests each week, so the potential to help many families in the community is huge," David "Duffy" Cluff noted.

Duffy’s will run this fundraiser through the end of November, and guests can purchase the turkeys during any visit to Duffy's.

Located in Kennebunk's historic Lafayette Center, Duffy's serves a full lunch and dinner daily, as well as breakfast on Sundays. The space, complete with exposed beams and large windows overlooking the Mousam River and Mousam River Dam, exudes a raw mill feel while providing 21st century comforts.
